Actually, if you look at the rest of the pics, that may be the best feature of that place!

I hate apartments that are that high up, they creep me out . . .

Good thing the owner insists on getting a 1 month fee on the rental. So it can sit there for a few more months.

Hey, some buyers take their toidies very seriously.

Needs--15th floor is really not *that* high up... when it gets into the 30s--that's when I start to feel a bit woozy.
