Can anyone point me to a good place to search for a property management company-- our current one might need to be replaced. It's for a small portfolio of low rise commercial properties in a landmarked area of manhattan. What do property managers charge? The properties have triple-net leases, services needed are mainly bookeeping/accounting. Thanks

The management fees varies based on your various needs but nothing more than 5% plus we do a lower introductory fee for us to win over your confidence and trust.
