Discussion about
how different are for a 1st time buyer than for a person that is selling the previous home and buying the new one (either cause of moving, upgrading or downsizing)? i'm thinking that the 1st time home buyer has around 7% of transaction costs. is that way off? how much lower is it if it's a 100% cash transaction? 5%?
