Discussion about 110 Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn

http://www.nytimes.com/2011/04/06/nyregion/06square.html?_r=1 Greedy developers, Two Trees, pulled a scam on clients by overstating square footage, got sued by a buyer and tried to buy his silence in court. I would avoid dealing with such scumbags at all cost.

Thanks for posting the article. It's a heart-warming story that I hope will inspire other lawsuits under similar circumstances.

Mazel Tov for their tenacity in following through on this, and THEN deciding to go public rather than taking the additional $20,000 "silencer."
