peopele looking to rent an apartment in brooklyn please exercise caution when/if you deal with the crooks at rapid realty.

Yes, use lots of caution with them. Just met them in court today after they lied to me about the condition the apartment would be in and the amount of the rent was WAY over market value too. I will be lucky if I ever recover the $1000's of dollars that they and the slumlord landlord kept of my money.
