The Swiss system is private on paper only. It includes substantial govt. regulations.... more so than the ones in ObamaCare. For isntance, the Swiss have an individual mandate AND they prohibit insurance companies from making a profit. Basically it is ObamaCare/ RomneyCare on steroids.
However, we CANNOT replicate the Swiss system here if the Supreme COurt strikes down the individual mandate. Our only alternative is single payer.
