Discussion about
No more excuses - the temperatures are up, the Mets are losing, and it is finally Spring. So, how was the open house scene this weekend? And for a change, some more emphasis on homes less than 1 million, or at least those without a "servants room".

Noho: Open house, under $800,000 Packed, already multiple offers ( I have one), so I will leave it at that.

That said I have numerous brokers calling me when one of my clients attends an open house wondering "what they thought, would they make an offer, they seemed to love it." This market could be summed up by saying there is a "bull in the bear den".

First of all, the Mets are losing in a very EXCITING way.

Second it was busy busy. We had a first OH at a postwar conv. 3 in Chelsea (sorry, price point above $1 mm) and had strong consistent traffic, maybe 20 people. Then I went to Brooklyn with buyers, looked at a 2-BR, (price point under $1 mm) and there was one other client that was leaving as we walked into the Open House.

Third, please note we have two holiday weekends coming up in a row. I think next weekend will be lighter and I'm not planning to show the weekend after that (Easter Weekend) at all.
