Article is wrong, the penthouses ARE for sale. I def saw this PH listing in the last 2 days

More condo fun.

Joan Rivers' townhouse condo has been suing its first-floor-front owner for years, trying to get her to pay up and get out. Bank also foreclosing. It's the smallest unit, though, so not that much impact on the other owners.
