Discussion about 372 Central Park West #2L
This beautiful apartment is technically a converted studio and the owner is seeking a buyer at the same time she is looking for a rental. Does this mean that the tenant could get the boot the moment it is sold? Anyone know how this works when renting a condo from an owner? Thanks!

You are only as safe as the length of your lease. If you are concerned, get a longer lease, 2 or 3 years. I wouldn't move for a one year lease, it's not worth the effort.
