What would you rather have?

Discussion about
Would you rather live in a $265,000 studio with a properly demised bedroom on the fourth floor of a walk-up building OR the fourth floor of a doorman building in a decent sized studio (no divisions) for $350,000. The walk-up is south village and the doorman building is north village. Thanks, Buyer

No one considering a walk-up should say "demised." Unless it is in Kensington Gardens.

All being equal, I'd always choose the elevator, doorman situation. Much easier to resell when/if the time comes.
