Can anyone recommend an engineer who can do an inspection of a townhouse on very short notice?

I strongly recommend without reservation Mr. Lawrence (Larry) Ubell of Accurate Building Inspectors. He was initially recommended to me by my real estate attorney who singled him out as the best in all five boroughs. Since then, I have had the pleasure of hiring him on three projects, and his knowledge and attention to detail are truly phenomenal. Should you hire him, walk the inspection with him and you will learn a tremendous amount of knowledge about how and what to look at during the inspection process.
