5A went for $950. 6A is asking for $1.4. What do you think this will go for?

So how would you explain to a potential buyer that the apartment is worth $450K more than the one below? Are you by chance a broker?

This place shouldnt go for more than $1.05 Mill. Ill give a 100K for a floor, which I still think is too high.

It's only got 1 full bath. I wouldn't pay over $1m for it.

Its a small 2 bed. 1 full bath. coop.....kinda really just a good size 1 bedroom....needs some renovating......... 1 mill tops
