Here's the shot of it: http://flickr.com/photos/liqcity/2121510544/in/set-72157603512875450/ It's located right at the base of the Pulaski Bridge, on the east side, adjacent to Hunters View. (Hunters View is closer to Jackson Ave.) Is this also part of the Hunters Point Condos empire? I thought it might be, but they only seem to be advertising Hunters View and One Hunters Point on Borden.

I wasn't impressed with this building. They have those big AC units that stick out underneath the window and the 'courtyard' faces the back of a billboard and a highway..

Yeah, the location is a bit incongruous, right up against the LIE entrance into the Midtown tunnel and with a huge traffic intersection next to the front door, which they assured us was going to be changed soon. Not holding my breath on that happening.

But I found the units very well appointed, decent-sized 2 bedrooms, and good light in the apartments - hey, if you face to the south, they can't put a building on the LIE, so you'll always have the light. I actually found them to be the least overpriced of the new development units I've seen in LIC. Overpriced in this market, but not as much as some other places I've seen.

Boricua21 - agree, in this market, Hunters View appear to the best option in LIC

Hunter's view have one of the worst location.
Imagine crossing that intersection from hell just to get to the other side.
How are sales anyway in Hunter's view. Anyone know?

Sales on SE shows only 11 units closed. There were 26 units in contract as of Feb.

Hunter's View had slanted and uneven floors. It looked like cheap construction. Also... they have the big AC/heat units in the windows..

Looking at Lhaus I don't see big difference with all those brand new building. The apartment are spacious, great light and the duplex penthouse are really beautiful.
