Oh, let's raise the asking price so that we'll be offered the price we listed originally. Get real! The apartment didn't sell for $3.5M. What are you smoking?

It's a nice apartment but they'll only get 3.5 million for it.

I meant as an asking price. The buyer will probably pay 3 million.
