holy smokes! I went to see an apartment in this building yesterday (or a tried to) and the in house agent Dan Neiditch is SUCH A SLIME BALL!!! He wouldn't show us the apartment we came to see, kept us waiting 40 minutes (because he was busy with a $4m client-yeah right) and was just so rude and obnoxious to us!!! it was like he was do US a favour by showing it. we check him out yesterday online as we haven't ever had an experience like that before (american agents are usually so nice!) and former owners have accused him of extorion and bribery. do not go to this building.
