can any recommend an individual or company who does professional shop drawings for cabinet maker

Any good cabinet maker will draw his own shop drawings. If he won't, find another. The whole point of a shop drawing is that it shows the fabricator's understanding of the design intent and how he intends to acheive it. If a third party does the shop drawings then you're adding a middle man whose interpretation may be flawed, and rejected by the designer and cabinet maker.
