Does anyone know if the subway runs right underneath the building? If so , does the building feel the noise and trembling?

I have no idea if the subway runs directly under the building; but considering how many subways run through FiDi, there must be a subway under practically every other building in the neighborhood.
But unless you're in a basement apartment, I doubt you'll notice. They bury the subways pretty deep under ground, and 90 william is a new enough building that they understood how to make a good foundation when they built it. I'd be very surprised if you can feel the building shake.

I live on the SE corner of Wall and William in an 8th floor apt and i can feel and hear the subway frequently. It is definitely worth hanging out for 10 minutes in the apartment to see if it is an issue for you.
