Condo Building Insurance

Our management company just sent our building insurance renewal proposal. I have been remiss in not paying close attention to this before, but some recent constructions/renovations have me far more attuned to construction costs. While the liability/umbrellas/D&O insurance seem pretty adequate, the building property coverage limits seem low (under $10MM on a 110 year old, 7 floor downtown loft building). The management company suggests that the limits are "typical." Anyone have experience or views?
