Negotiating Closing Costs

Howdy! Has anyone negotiated closing costs with their buyer? In my case, since it's new construction, I'd like to ask them to pay for the transfer fees. This seems common practice. Has anyone negotiated any other stuff for the other side to pay? Really appreciate it!
