proy:

1. for 25 years I have included 4-5 lease renewal options at low increases
in all my leases, or short-term stabilization riders in my decontrolled
leases puttung the 1st 4-8 years of renewal under stabilization.

2. I have stopped doing that because of the risk of hyper-inflation or
stagflation

3. doing so in an excellent marketing idea
4. bit has to be fine tuned today because of inflationary risks
