closing starts in june. not much for us... just closing costs.
Thanks for the reply Ryokuchi! I was only able to get the transfer fees covered--what were you able to get, if you don't mind me asking?
just the sponsor's transfer taxes for us also. my bestfrined is also under contract there. she got very small price reduction, and half of transfer taxes.. so basically the same..

Have any of you closed yet and if so, did you measure your laundry closet to see if it would actually fit a washer/dryer?
