Very nicely designed unit, and not a pseudo-one bedroom pretending to be a real one. This price seems awfully low though. Wonder what the catch is?

On very quick glance, looks relatively consistent within building and owner may be getting antsy with amount of time this is taking to sell. Maintenance is astronomical for such a tiny apartment: $3 per sq.ft. Seems to face a building--airshaft? Also, renovation may be a slap-dash type: note the kitchen cabinet with the gap between the doors and the inexpensive appliances; see the floors covered with wall-to-wall carpet...that's a good sign the floor beneath needs to be replaced; the overall look is neat but also of the type you would call design-on-a-dime.

That's a good point. Nobody's ever that generous. Desperate maybe. While nice, I do agree it's kind of a scattershot design and that kitchen wall with the door looks like a board that's no more than 2" thick.
