Anyone know what's going on with these buildings some units are 4 or 5 bedrooms, how is the area? Are there places to shop ?

There are many good reasons why these units have been selling slow. There are a much higher concentration of "crews" (gangs) in this section of Harlem than any other. I also recall chatting with someone on this board last year about this building and the person mentioned there were a great deal of problems with the co-op board.
