Discussion about
Looking for 1 week rental in July, south of the highway, 5-6+ bedrooms, on the modern side (at least inside), with a great pool, basketball or tennis a big bonus. $8-9k perhaps. Any recommendations on brokers (or other options) to look for?

Your Budget is out of wack for what you want. I have a great house with all the bells and whistles like that north of the Highway for $15,000 a week. Something like that in a high end area, like Bridge, Water Mill or South, and South of the highway might run $25-$50,000 a week.
