Place is nice. Why is the price so low in such a high-end building?

We just had this exact same conversation like 3 days ago. Where did that thread go? EXACT same thread. I had said the reno looked design-on-a-dime, apt faces building or alley or airshaft, kitchen cabinet doors don't even fit right, floor are covered and likely need replacing, maintenance is $3 per sq.ft. Where is that thread?

I was just looking too, and can't find it. That's the summary though. Add: tiny rooms.

That's why I reposted. :-) I'm wondering if the listing agent/seller took it down.

Yes, you're right. The kitchen wall doesn't even look real, like a floorboard that was glued on at the top and bottom.

There was a computer problem yesterday & StreetEasy was down so perhaps things have been lost. We'll see.

Old threads are just now beginning to pop back up. If you search again this evening you will likely find it.
