Does anyone know if buying a condop in the churchill building is a good investment , how is the services and how is the pool maintained ??

If you are looking for an investment, not to live in, it is not one of the best investments around. Look at how may units are for sale or rent at any one time. To use the pool, from what I remember, you have to pay a yearly fee. The lobby is very nice and the building seems to be well taken care of.

Be careful. The management looks for your mortgage agreement to specifically state "for investment." If your mortgage agreement dosen't say that, your ability to rent will be withheld.
