That photo from the dining room into the kitchen indicates there's still a lot of work to be done.

2.565 was a good-ish price for the Ansonia. I saw the apt last year. Needed a fair bit of reconfiguration, but otherwise a solid 3br 1br.

4BR/3ba.

I'm too lazy to try to figure out the original configuration, but as it is now it's one of the very weirdest I've ever seen. Especially the 2-cook kitchen that REQUIRES two cooks.

I think of it as a 3br+1br because the 4th br was not original to the layout + is situated in a way that it's not easily located in a bedroom "wing". The kitchen was sorta splayed along the entrance hallway. Nice cabs, though.

I don't take umbrage with 2300sqft. It's comparable in size and feels bigger than other "2300sqft" apts in the area.
