Discussion about
I have looked at the overall financial district. Why is this particular building so cheap in regards to ppsft? I dont really like the layout, i feel the hallway kitchen is a waste of sqft. Is the layout basically the downside that correlates to the ppsft? Input is greatly appreciated!

I am currently working in an apt on the 28th floor and the layout does seem to be a problem. It is a very strange kitchen and I don't see the reason for the elevated office.
