City college area

It's an upcoming area. Nice and colorful at the same time. Price will go up a lot once luxury development will be finished.
Suggestion: BUY

City College is in the neighborhood of Hamilton Heights. There has been a thread on this board circulating in the last few days. While City College is a bit further south and east than the property discussed on the other thread- most of the same comments apply.

Some beautiful buildings around there... and has gotten safer over the last few years... but it still has ways to go in terms of services being added.

My friends in Washington Heights complain "we [yuppies] all moved here, we see eacher other living here, where are the places that are supposed to follow"?

Given that seems to be more gentrified, I figure CC area has ways to go.
