Discussion about
Any suggestions on a good designer/architect who specializes in kitchens? We are not doing a gut reno but our space needs some tweaks (moving the fridge, for example, and teasing out more counter room). Looking for someone who will have good ideas and be able to implement them. We're in a co-op so there are wet-over-dry concerns that need to be taken into account. Any suggestions?

You bought?

I used Berceli kitchens twice (showroom on Lexington). I was happy when they just did the kitchen. Might also try putting your dimensions into Ikea's kitchen planner software.

nyc10023--Yes! We recently closed :-) But of course, that won't stop me from remaining a SE addict!

Thanks for the suggestions!

The shops around the UWS are pretty hopeless unless you want a full kitchen gut (Hansem, Quintessentials).

Are you doing any other interior work? Maybe what you want is a good interior designer, period.
