no way....it just really blows my mind that they believe that hard working americans would want to spend a half million dollars to have a gas station in there backyard. but hey....maybe the units facing green r better...good luck....seems cheaply built!!! so little inventory in north greenpoint i guess people r desperate!! i looked for 6 months b4 i ended up finding an amazing new dev. in Fort Greene. 1 exit away & another world away. & i am a greenpoint lover living here for 5 years!!!
