When a Streteasy listing displays this, is this the price it entered into contract for? or has that information not yet been released?

That's not the contract price. It's just the last asking. The sale price isn't known until filed with the city and then picked up be SE.

Nobody knows the contract price other than the buyer, the seller, the brokers, the lender, the appraiser, mgmt who processes and the board who approves it..and I guess anyone that talks to any of these people.
