There has been articles that bjw2103, "misinterpreted." His position, boils down to fitting his agenda to where he lives. Is W'Burg a nice hood, yes; should he recommend his hood to others, yes. I'm going to get you :-)! Your inventory was "outdated" ahem inaccurate when released for dissemination to SE, because of your segmentation agenda. You either get it or you don't, I will go with the first, you get it! Inorder, to flip stats and facts they way you do, you have to completely understand and agree with the findings, but due to your agenda your a naysayer. Imagine a tester, answering every question incorrectly, they would have known every question correctly to answer each and every single question incorrectly, making them a liar.

When the said 10,000 units were coming online to W'Burg, which was a hyperbole; you rejected that amount of units coming online to W'Burg; and created your inventory of units coming online to W'Burg. In your initial inventory, which I copied and pasted to this discussion; you tried to pass 1,400 units as coming online to the entire W'Burg; but all of the units listed are located on the NS W'Burg; which was not the topic of contention; but the segmentation of your agenda.

Why would you purposely miscount units coming online to the entire W'Burg? I would take it, most, if not all, of the units tallied in your original inventory are within a mile of the dwelling you reside, NS W'Burg. When reporting, you have the due diligence to report accurately.

mutombo, the latest list does not segment. I originally focused on the northside because I believed (and still do to a large extent) that most buyers interested in Williamsburg typically look at the northside first. I think it's a fair point to ask that other areas be included. So I added them. So the list should now be more "accurate," even for you. And again, if you have buildings to add that I missed, please add them. That said, you can see that there actually isn't nearly the same levels of inventory below the bridge or east of the BQE.

Please remember, the NS not the entire W'Burg, which I know, you are aware of. I remember my mother saying, pennies equal dollars. I am aware of segmentation in a market, and I'm aware of a holistic market, also. South of Broadway and the BQE, don't have mega complexes as NS waterfront does; but these sections of W'Burg do have developments that add inventory to your initial tally of units coming online two years ago. Have units been occupied, yes, and more buildings have been erected too. One day this war will end, but when?

mutombo, what south 'burg developments are you thinking of? The ones I have up there are Schaefer, Gretsch, and 110 Broadway (rental). There's also Zazza, which is fully rented.

bjw2103, did not erase SS W'Burg to manipulate inventory; he did not include SS W'Burg and greter W'Burg in his initial inventory to manipulate totals. He did make amendments to his inventory, eventually. I don't believe any of us SE'er would ever account for 100% of units coming online to W'Burg. I do give bjw2103 credit for creating an updated list; but his initial inventory was created to be demerited, as if it were a strawman, as the inventory did not account for units coming online to the entire W'Burg, which was the basis of the claim and his inventory; that only accounted for units coming online to NS W'Burg.
