More tax cuts for the wealthy and big corporations. That solves everything. "Decline of the working man Why ever fewer low-skilled American men have jobs..." http://www.economist.com/node/18618613
Economist story misses lots of issues. Here's a few.
-Unions that make American workers uncompetitive through high benefits and inflexible work rules.
-Education system that emphasizes liberal arts over skills(e.g. German model). People with skills
such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers and engineers are seen as second to lawyers, teachers,
and real estate brokers.
-Over sized banking sector which taxes the rest of the economy via high credit card rates, debit fees,
etc
-Gov't system of health care that forces people to belong to unions or large corporations to gain
access to health care, instead of creating a level playing field where everyone shops on equal
footing for the best rate
