FLAME AWAY BEARS! I want to see how you're going to spin this. QE2? Weak dollar? blah blah blah.

Nothing wrong with profits, I'm all for them. This is what is scary:

http://futures.tradingcharts.com/chart/CN/M

And this:

http://www.marketwatch.com/investing/index/DJIA/charts

and this:

http://www.silverseek.com/quotes/5silver.php

Every chart looks exactly the same, the surges all start on the exact same day. If it were based on anything but too much free money that nobody knows what to do with, that would be fine.

FYI I'm absolutely NOT a bear on the stock market in the medium- to long-term. I am against the dangers of bubbles.

It's unsustainable, that's my only point, and it will crash, and sooner rather than later: it's a surge not built on volume, but rather on margin, which is why it's unsustainable.

Check out Jeremy Grantham's latest on commodities. Whether you agree with him or not, always a fascinating read.

(And as you probably know he's pretty bearish on stocks and bonds.)

Here's some very lucid comments about those profits:

http://www.cnbc.com/id/42807328/

In a 0% interest rate environment, and the bulk of profits coming from overseas sales, currency translations, or increased commodity prices, it's no wonder.

This is NOT sustainable. The last time I saw something like this was the dot.com bust, except then it was the retail investor. This time it's hedge funds, on margin - when they mass-exodus, as they did last year at Flash Crash time, it's going to be brutal.

Problem is, he's on record saying he got out of stocks to go for RE... that didn't work very well.

You think it makes a difference 07' or 09'? FLMAOzzzzzzzz.... its 'the PH LIC that's so fking funny.

As a true Jedi knight, I'll answer your question with anther question.

Did Buffett go ballz deep in Gold in the last two year? Shouldn't he have doubled his money? Did Gates double his money on gold trade?

Did you increase your net worth enough to net out the cliff of the LIC PH condo on your gold trade? STFU and get on a train and pick up your biweekly salary....just know your daughter misses you during the day...
