Discussion about
Is this really 1,300 square feet? Make generous estimates from the floor plan, it seems to be at least 20-30% off?

Let's see, lot is 20.8 x 80, and built full, so 1664 ft² minus the stairs and elevator. 1300 seems close enough, as these things go.

I can not see the 80 foot depth from the floor plan. Max I get is 73. Also, do not believe exterior walls are typically included.

In condos the outside walls are almost always included, so best to figure them when comparing condos to condos. The city says 80' and built full. The back windows are lot-line, but maybe a few feet of that 80' is sidewalk.

Exterior walls are only included in the measurement of new condos (last 10 years). A scam in my view. Old condos do include them. In any case, people should just bring a tape measure ($10-15) or laser meter ($100) and decide.
