Looking at buying a unit in this building. Does anyone have any experience with this building or in the surrounding area (3rd avenue between 24th and 25th)?

I lived between 25th and 26th for 6 years. It's a very convenient area with much to offer. I'd recommend walking around on a Thursday or Friday night and make sure you're comfortable with the surrounding night life scene. Some don't mind it, others do.
