Short Term rentals like the Phillips Club

Can anybody suggest a nice building that offers short term rentals (2-4 months)? I'm not looking for a sublet or craigs list type of situation. The reason being is this is for a short term business stay in NY and the company mentioned the Phillips Club as something they would reimburse for. Therefore I would need similiar to the PC in that it's corporate, rates are stated, etc. Downtown would be preferable and UES is not an option... Thanks in advance, Cpalms
