but the 1bbp people swore it would be finished...

it gets worse, if more gets delayed, they probably just wait until the promenade reconstruction happens, which could add another 5 years.

possibly stalled...? lol couldnt get any slower.

laughing my ass off that they dont want to dampen the park by putting more buildings in lol yeh the eyesore thats is there no is so much nicer.

just like any public project all the way way from your local pothole to ground zero....

..public employees loveeee their overtime..

why rush when there's incentive to take as long as possible and collect OT?
