Does anyone know anything about this developer? I've seen a handful of "steer clear" and "caveat emptor" type comments around the web, but nothing specific. Has anyone worked with these guys, and what are the problems you've faced (if any)?

Typical mid-east nickel and dime mentality, smooth talk one day irrational screaming the next, police harassment (no joke). Works hard to create nice-guy image, transparent personality. Whether it's an act or not is irrelevant, things get expensive when fair play is ignored.

just bought two properties from him. There has been nothing but issues with this. Surprises behind each door etc
totally unacceptable do not purchase anything if this guy is involved. I am sorry now that I have to spend big bucks to fix things that should have been done properly!
