Hi, I could use any information you have about this building as either a renter, or owner whether you are a current resident or former such as the way the building is run, the apartments, the upkeep, the staff, etc. Many thanks in advance.

I'm an owner and rented before buying there. The staff is incredibly friendly and management is decent, though not often the fastest to respond. Apartment quality can vary greatly - many units haven't been renovated since the building was completed 25 years ago. Also, the higher apartments will have more windows than those on the lower floors once you get above the Hudson and Westmore.
