Discussion about Charing Cross House at 305 East 72nd Street in Lenox Hill
Does anyone know anything about this building. Seems to be a lot of apt for sale. Thanks for any information.

2nd ave subway entrance will be there

2nd Ave Subway entrance will NOT be there, it is across the street. Sales were hurt because of muckhouse on @nd Avenue blocking views, but MTA claims it will be removed spring of 2013. Subway should help property values going forward. Also, building is under complete new mmgmt. in last few year- new super new board, new managing agent. Very good rep among agents.
