Has anyone seen this place? It's in a recent condo conversion. Half a million increase in 2 years, during a recession? (No reno work done to justify price increase.) 06/04/2008--Previous Sale recorded for $1,270,750. 08/31/2010--Listed by Prudential Elliman at $1,795,000. 12/22/2010--Listing is no longer available. 03/01/2011--Re-listed by Prudential Elliman.

"stunning roof deck 12 steps away" means you get stunned by the invasion of privacy and party noise

The 2008 sale was an "insider" purchase. The owners were rent-stabilized tenants.
