Discussion about
Is it possible to get the sponsor to make major changes like replacing finishes or flooring in a new construction condo even after construction is complete? Are items like that negotiable?

Everything i$ negotiable. In one case, they even offered to combine two apartments because they didn't have the size I was looking for.
