There is an awesome penthouse at 100 11th ave
It is for sale but they rent it out for events

There are a couple of gorgeous PHs for sale at 222 RSD, which is a condo building. Might be worth giving the agents a call...

CORE has been trying forever to sell a penhouse with cupola on 141 Fifth Ave in Flatiron area. http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/568436-condo-141-fifth-avenue-flatiron-new-york Not sure of the status. Very, very dramatic place.
