building at 99 Bank Street

We've owned for six years but have rented for the last 4. Our daughter lived in it for 2 and we've had the same tenant for 4 years. I believe the financials are still good. They were very good (which was one of the reasons we chose the building). When my daughter was living there she found heat/hot water good and our tenant has never complained and has been happy there for 4 years. Maintenance increases haven't been bad. I believe they've gone up less than 20% over the last 6 years. There was just recently an assessment so that will add some more. We're hoping to take over our apartment for a while before selling it.
