Hello, I am searching for a 2 bedroom apartment in Brooklyn (Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill) for around $2300. Willing to go a little higher in price if necessary. I will also consider Greenpoint , Williamsburg, Dumbo, or Brooklyn Heights. Please contact me if you know of any apartments. I hope to move in on June 1st. Thank you very much for your help. :-)

Hi, that's going to be a very difficult budget for those neighborhoods (I live in Brooklyn Heights and specialize in Brooklyn), but I thought I would write to give you some suggestions. There is very little inventory of even 1 bedroom apartments at that price point. I know of a great 1100sq ft apartment in Boerum Hill for $2500 (downside is the 2nd bedroom is only about 7x9 and is entered via the 1st bedroom but it would be great as a nursery or office). Are you willing to look at Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Park Slope or Prospect Heights? I could find you some good options there.
