This seems like it is way overpriced for a situation that will require extensive work and in a building that will be undergoing exterior rennovations for the next 16 months!

actually, we've got 3 years on the exterior renovs, with the balconies closed off. plus 3y of assessments. in a building built for subsidized housing >50years ago. sucker bait, INDEED.

Charmed I am sure. Quite surprised that this broker specifically would raise the price at this stage of the game. Perplexing to say the least.
