The garage is not just for owners. Renters are also in the garage. This building is not in great shape. Super is not great. The gym is a joke.

Have you lived there or someone you know?
As I'm considering this, what sorts of issues are you referring to. Well located condos in the village are in short supply. Thanks,

Yes. There are leaks, lots of assessments, A/C doesn't work well, too small a staff considering the size of the building. This is a coop, not a condo. Yes, they are in short supply but....
