Discussion about Tribeca 5 at 283 West Broadway in Tribeca
What's going on with this development (283 West Broadway)? Have they sold any units? Wondering if any of you have any information about this.

From a Nov '06 article in the Real Deal...Brad Zackson's Dynamic Group is converting the six-story brick building, formerly home to a plumbing supply company, into five condominiums, the Post reported. Sales were scheduled to begin last month, with the 2,100-square-foot units asking between $2.7 and $3.4 million. City Sites Marketing is the exclusive sales agent. Contact: www.tribecafive.com.

Looks like both tribeca5.com and tribecafive.com are down. It doesn't look like any sales ever closed.
